Tax returns and payroll services
We are mainly focussed on providing tax advice and payroll services. Expatax can assist you with your tax return at a very reasonable fee.

Dutch mortgage
Being an expat doesn't mean you can't buy property in the Netherlands. Depending on your personal situation you could be able to arrange a Dutch mortgage. At the moment the average interest rate is very low. We have the lowest rates in 40 years! Besides that the interest is still deductible if the property is used as your main residence.

Insurance
It is important that you have all your risks covered. You can choose to cover your risks by saving money. Question will be if your savings will be high enough to cover all the risks. You can also consider to insure the risks by arranging the proper insurances. Expatax can assist you with your insurances in the Netherlands but also with an offshore life insurance for example.
